They use natural ingredients and the flavors are very natural tasting as well.

Obviously, their recipe does not behave like non-vegan ice cream, so I wasn’t a fan of how slightly xantham gummy it was if that makes sense.
The shop itself is inside a house, which means you have to ring to be let in. And the customer facing area is basically the house’s garage. Nothing wrong with this, since the vibes inside are immaculately chill and extremely kid friendly.

Incredible ice cream with incredible service. Think I literally tried 12 varieties (thx to generosity of our host), loved them all! Great alt. bases (lots of nuts), fair prices, so many special flavors quality ingredients = guilt-free. Bonus points for tiny metal tasting spoons; 1st ice cream place parlor I’ve ever been to that is both generous with sampling AND cares about the environment! I hope Chichilí sticks around for a long time (and influences other ice creameries to aim higher too). Thank you!
