Fabulous & interesting venue - Edit
Fabulous and interesting venue to visit. Crucial to know: it's staffed by refugees, which informs the vibe but also the very authentic middle Eastern(plus now Ukrainian) menu. Our meze plates were just right, great stuff. The menu is clearly labelled with lots of veg/vegan.

Tasty but pricy - Edit
I took away the falafel box (18euros) and was quite disappointed to see what I had for that price. Was expecting something a bit more fancy I guess. Falafels and fried potatoes don't cut it. I also think it was advertised more ingredients on paper, maybe they ran out or forget without saying nothing. I was home when I noticed.

They serve Musabaha for everybody which isn‘t vegan, are out of spinach bi tum. Fattousch tastes old, Batata Harah lack garlic, pepper, Muhammara is spicy. Coriander dominates the Falafel, Magdous lack sweetness, walnuts.

Four of us (1 vegan, 2 vegetarians & 1 meat-eater) chose Chiche’s combo option, & just let the waitress know our diets. The result was great: there were so many dishes, many small, some big, the variety was huge but they were almost all at least veggie. They were also delicious. The atmosphere is great, very busy with a buzz.

Piece of bone in a vegan dish - Edit
First of all, we had to wait for nearly an hour before someone came to ask us what we wanted to eat, so the service was not the best one, even though they were very friendly.
Read moreIn one of my ‚vegan‘ dishes there was a piece of bone (that I chewed on 🤢) and they told me that apparently the sauce was made with bones, which should actually not happen... The friendly waiter excused several times, but still we had to wait again for nearly an hour before someone came to clear the table after we had finished.

It's important to book a table over their website as OliviaBell has already mentioned. Despite full house on a Friday evening, their service was really fast. Their interior design made me feel comfortable. You can choose among many vegan small dishes to share or take the vegan combo as I did. Everything was tasty and filling, so I will surely go back.

The vegan combo is delicious and has great variety, worth the 19€ as you will be stuffed. To be safe make a reservation via their website, they do not currently have an operated phone number.
