Average food, used to be better - Edit
We had been to Chia quite some time ago, and remembered the food to be much better. Today, the food was was very very average. The pancakes were an unpleasant texture and too sweet. The turmeric latte was too sweet and a tiny serving. The nachos and the salad were okay, but overpriced for what they were.

My local fav - Edit
I come here on the regular. Superb food, friendly. Hard to come by a seat on the weekends, they are moving to new premises that will have more seating soon. Orders can stack up in the kitchen so can be (very) slow to get food. If you are looking for great food and don’t mind the wait then go there. If you’re in a rush, go somewhere else.

Hidden gem - Edit
I absolutely love this place as have been so many times now I’ve lost count! They have such a range of amazing breakfast and lunch foods, all freshly made and so tasty. I don’t think there’s anything that I haven’t liked on the menu. Particularly good are the nachos and pancakes which are a very generous size and could be shared. Also favourites of mine are the falafel bowl and BLT sandwich. The drinks are also so good with lots of different choice of mylks for lattes as well as fresh smoothies and juices and I highly recommend the cakes (coffee and banana cake especially!) I also love that the menu helpfully have a code on whether items are gluten, nut free etc. The staff are very passionate about the food and are accommodating to any questions etc. The cafe is also a very cute set up although shame it is on the small size which means waiting is often a given but definitely worth it!

Visited a while ago and love how cosy and compact the entire place is. Amazing range of vegan options, and an incredible style and atmosphere to boot. Had a lovely salad bowl when I visited and will definitely be returning for more in the near future! Really great how accessible it is, too.

nice little place with lots of yummy options - Edit
My first time here and was pleasantly surprised - very small with limited seating and food and drinks took a while though they were busier than usual owing to Mother’s Day! Food was delicious, healthy and hearty. Milkshakes were also amazing plus you can add thins to them for 50p extra like protein powder etc! Would definitely recommend if in the area.

There are lots of smoothies, lots of cakes. There is a big menu too - I always get a mixed salad bowl and berry smoothie. The presentation of the food is really cute too but it can be quite expensive.

A lovely little, dog friendly place - Edit
Welcoming and friendly with tasty food but most importantly my little dog was made very welcome. The kind staff also looked after my dog's pet stroller (my dog is elderly & walks very slowly) while we went to sit upstairs. Will DEFINITELY visit again with my doggie companion in tow.

amazing - Edit
Chia is a lovely little cafe tucked away by St Mary's Church. So many lovely options on the menu. They also sell lots of other vegan goodies, so semi store as well! We have tried basically all the cakes! You must try the carrot cake! The portions are very generous and you really struggle to choose anything here. Lots of smoothies and juices available. It is hard not to spend s fortune. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing cafe for food & friendliness & atmosphere - Edit
I have only recently found this little cafe but every time I visit the food and the service has been perfect, I have taken my parents with me who also love the food. It's so good to find a place like this outside of London that has such a good vegan menu and in such a wonderful place with friendly staff. I will be back very soon.
