Excellent lunch menu - vegan alternatives available upon request (and 1 day notice)

Not many vegan options in this region, but this gourmet restaurant does an excellent lunch menu (starter-main-dessert) for 25 euro, and they are happy to provide vegan alternatives for all courses upon request, provided a (min) 1 day notice.
The chef is very good with vegetables, and provides delicious food.
We ate here 4 times over the last 3 years and were always very pleased.
Indoor setting is quite chic/formal but with a friendly vibe, outdoor setting is more informal, bur with the same level of superb cuisine.
