Delicious Sweets

I had the pleasure of making Chef Krystal's acquaintance during a recent Zen Nights event. I got some of her award-winning blueberry muffins and the Strawberries & Cream Hempseed Bars.

The blueberry muffins are moist, sweet, and filled with delicious blueberries. No wonder they won an award! The Strawberries & Cream bars are sugar-free, but not lacking in flavor. They have a natural sweetness that is quite satisfying.

Chef Krystal is now offering catering too! Lunch an Dinner entrees are available. I picked up a menu, which included dinner entrees like Jerk Mock Chicken and Red Mock Beef Enchiladas. She offers sides, including soul food sides, like Vegan Mac n Cheez and Roasted Maple Sweet Potato Hash. I cannot wait to try whatever else she's cooking up!
