Oh my gosh!! - Edit
I was not expecting the service, the atmosphere, the decor, the food, the menu!! It was all a surprise.
Read moreWe ordered
Vada pav - a little burger with a ball of potatoes in it. - so delicious- full of flavour. It came with two dipping sauces
Pani Puri- we got two of these- they were so good. Full of flavour. Packed a punch. Our 6 year old loved them.
Idli vada sambhar- the kids really enjoyed this one. The sauces were great.
Amras puri- oh my gosh! This was my favourite. The puffed bread- so good!!
Gobi paratha - one of my kids didn’t want to eat this one. But overall it was a hit.
Mysore sada - this one was a hit but a little spicy. The kids loved it regardless.
We also ordered a dessert- which wasn’t on the vegan menu but he said was vegan
And an Indian soda and juice. The Indian soda was quite interesting. The kids were torn on it.
I thought it was great for the digesting factor.
I loved the fact that you could order individual items from the menu - one puri bread- rather than 3.
Pros: Menu selections , Friendly staff, Fast service
Cons: Someone who cannot tolerate spicy would struggle

Wholesome, bright, friendly and so delicious. - Edit
Chatkazz Adelaide is full of welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They have a full vegan menu at the back of an extensive menu. The food is quick and delicious. The drink range is also lovely and are great pallette cleansers for the more spicy food. It's very quickly become our regular, even with it being and hour drive each way from home😄

Vego and vegan Indian street food - Edit
Chatkazz is a large, bright, modern place with a huge menu. I'd say it is about 70% vego with the rest vegan (marked 'J' on the menu for Jain). Helpfully the vegan stuff is also listed separately. Food is great - some old favourites and some things that were new to me. Prices are good and there is also a sweet counter, though sadly not so vegan friendly. Give it a go and try something different!
