I didn’t expect good vegan options going to “wine & cheese” restaurant but Chateau Shuval surprised me.

Sicilian salad is a must — artichoke, rocket, onion, basil, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese & balsamic vinegar. Soooo delicious, so flavorful. Size portion is perfect for one.
Beetroot carpaccio is tasty as well but the portion is kinda small and I wasn’t impressed tbh, for me beetroot is a very simple food so even if you cover it with pine nuts and feta it’s still very simple.
Very good wine, friendly service, awareness of veganism — they even have vegan chocolate as a compliment to your order (but you should ask for it cause automatically they bring a dairy one).
Great location in the Rabin square. Restaurant is hidden from the street with lots of plants that make really cozy atmosphere.
Happy hours for food and drinks till 19:30 — totally worth is. I’d recommend to reserve a table in advance cause usually they are full, especially in happy hours.
Definitely will visit again.

I had the eggplant salad and siciliano salad with vegan feta and it was a treat! They also have 1 1 on these dishes in the first 2 hours after opening. A great place for both vegan and vegetarians.
