My FAVORITE eatery in Geneva - Edit
Char Burrito Bar has 4 build-your-own options. I always go for the burrito super stuffed with beans, rice, and tofu, along with other veggies. The staff recognizes if it looks like you're putting together a vegan dish and will alert you to non-vegan ingredients. This is my FAVORITE place to eat in Geneva.

Cons: Some ingredients are fried, White rice instead of brown

Does the job - Edit
Definitely a Moe's feel like someone else said, but it was nice to have something quick and easy in the area as we were traveling through. I wish their door dash page had listed which sauces were vegan though! I didn't see someone had mentioned here that the chipotle lime BBQ sauce was vegan until after I ordered. Fresh ingredients, solid food. Easy in and out when ordering for pick up.

Cons: Seasoned tofu would have been nice

Vegan & gluten free - Edit
At Char Burrito Bar you can make your own bowl with rice, beans, vegetables, salsa etc. I have celiac disease and I felt safe eating their rice bowl, which was delicious. The green salsa was super tasty!

Great flavor with limited options - Edit
Simple, clean, and friendly. Communal style seating. Similar to chain burrito bars with higher quality. Tofu was good and the bbq sauce was amazing.

Quick, easy, eat in or take out. Can make a perfectly good vegan rice bowl/salad/burrito. Serve animal products but tofu as well.

Vegan - Edit
Food is mediocre, honestly it tastes in quality, very similar to moes. Convenient to be able to create your own vegan meal in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend as a must go to place to a friend

Reliably good food - Edit
This is a build-your-own type of burrito place. As you go down the line, they ask you what you want on your burrito (or salad, or taco, etc.).
Read moreThey have the expected whole wheat burrito with rice, black beans, veges, tofu, and toppings. Yes, they have some gross animal-muscle products, too, but I appreciate it that they recognize the importance of feeding all of us.
Great place to sit around for a long lunch or a quick on the go burrito.
Pros: Vege options, Comfortable place to sit around
Cons: The shedded pig flesh looked gross.

great vegan options - Edit
Yes this place serves animal products but you go down the line building your item and they have so many vegan options that it is so easy to make a delicious, fresh, and filling vegan meal. My personal favorite is to get a salad, which is just a bed of crisp and fresh romaine. Then I add tofu, peppers and onions, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, fresh lime, and the chipotle lime BBQ dressing. They also have the option to do a rice bowl which is a bed of rice and then you add your toppings. And they have tacos which are delicious (I go with the tacos sometimes to switch things up). They also have beans that you can add as a topping, which I just don't prefer. But everything is super fresh and tasty!! And they make everything right in front of you so you know exactly what you're getting. Also, everything except the meat is vegetarian (don't have to worry about the beans having meat in them, for example) and everything except explicit dairy products (like cheese and sour cream) is vegan (don't have to worry about the peppers and onions, they are sautéed in oil). Would 100% recommend this place!
