Options stated vegan and that Soy was available, being WFPB we ordered a Spinach & Mushroom creamy garlic Carbonara Fettucine and asked for no oil and the chef rolled his eyes and asked how he was supposed to cook mushrooms without it. When it arrived it was a bowl of pasta with 2 spinach leaves and a few very very thin slivers of mushroom, no herbs or spices, no creamy sauce, just a light covering of a tomato sauce.
Read moreThey could have said they can't do a soy based sauce and that it would only come with tomato, that's fine, but the "Chef" was obviously pissed off.... I was starving so I ate mine, but my friend left hers.
We should not have paid for this, but didn't want to make a scene, however....Never again!
