Peruvian artisan chocolate - Edit
Around half of Chaqchao's offer is dark thus dairy free chocolate, some of them with uncommon adds like dried banana or strawberry. You’ll also find popcorn, whole roasted cacao beans, teas, roasted organic coffee and cosmetics. When I went there, they were gelding one of their daily workshops, where you can create your own chocolate bar to take home with you, and people seemed to have fun.

Disappointed - Edit
There is only one vegan cake and only upon command.
Read moreThere is plant based milk though but that's it.
The staff in the shop were not friendly.

Easy for vegetarians but not many vegan options - Edit
It is a chocolate factory selling a lot of vegan dark chocolate of different flavors and also cosmetics. In the shop they sell also a few items of the bakery Mamasana (also at HappyCow) including sourdough bread. The cafe has a nice terrace and a beautiful balcony where you can sit. They have a cooperation with the restaurant Las Gringas (also at HappyCow) so you can sit at the cafe but order also from the restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. They have a vegan brownie with peanut and raspberry but when I asked for it they said that it is sold out. Anyways I ordered a vegan blue spirulina latte which was really tasty but it was a bit mean seeing my mum eating the Chirimoya (Peruvian fruit) cheesecake with no vegan cake options in the house. The vegan focaccia we ordered at Las Gringas was wonderful. So fluffy and full of flavor especially with the balsamico. It is a nice place but as a vegan you should go when the brownies are not sold out I am sure they are tasty because everything there smelled so good😄
