Absolutely delicious - Edit
I visited Chapel Arts Cafe with my sister and we ordered the sharing platter. It was huge and so so tasty. We loved everything. We didn't manage to finish all of the food but the staff was kind enough to provide us with boxes and so we managed to take the leftovers home.

Delicious and fresh - Edit
The lentil and jackfruit burger was super delicious as was as the mezze platter. The price was ok given the quality of the food but represented great value for money. Would definitely go back again and again if I lived in the area.

Great food and friendly for all the family. My 4yo really enjoyed the soup and the aubergine parmagiana was amazing.

Nice to see that they didn’t sell any plastic bottled drinks too.

Nice little cafe tucked away below the street. Friendly staff and a nice artsy canteen vibe. We each had a cooked breakfast, which was really tasty, especially the avocado. Would definitely go again.

Wholesome lunch - Edit
The staff here are so lovely and friendly. They took their time to tell us all the lunch options and gave me extra bread at no cost. Had trio of dips (pesto, olive tapenade and roasted pepper) with delicious fresh bread. Also tried selection of salads which were all tasty. Everyone needs to try the caramel cheesecake. Best vegan cheesecake I've had.

Brilliant vegan brunch - Edit
Visited this lovely cafe for a full English vegan breakfast - it was delicious. Particularly enjoyed the vegan spicy sausages, beans and avocado. Great coffee with a selection of plant milks to choose from. The cakes were yummy too. A lovely place definitely worth a visit (vegan or not!). We’ll be back!

Tasty, Homely and Warming - Edit
We discovered this as part of our visit to Bath, it is tucked away and you have to walk past an omni cake shop offering Vegan cakes. It was totally worth it to make the effort. The soup is wonderful, as are the mains. I was surprised that they used quality ingredients (plenty of roasted peppers in their tomato sauces to give it an extra dimension). Nice touches of a water filling station with cucumber and mint.

lovely little cafe - Edit
I visited here on 19th June, the day after it re-opened. The menu has changed- expect soup, a selection of savouries, and salads. Vegan cake is also available. We enjoyed the soup - it was delicious, and the "tumbet" (Spanish potato stew / hot pot) was great.

Lovely spot in the heart of Bath - Edit
Chapel Arts Cafe feels rather like the town in which it finds itself: lovely, charming, and perhaps a bit too busy to be as friendly as it otherwise might be, but endearing nonetheless.
Read moreI had the marinated portobello burger, which was excellent — full of flavor, and satisfying without being too heavy. The "red-juvenating juice" was also very good, as was the chocolate cake that ended the meal.
The ambience of the place is winsome, and would be equally nice for meals, coffee and dessert, or what have you.
There's no street parking nearby, but there's a public lot around the corner (bring plenty of coins).
It might be a bit tricky to find since it's set a bit back from the street (and, if so, you might want to see the photo I posted of the storefront so you'll know what you're looking for).
Enjoy!

Been to Bath many times over the years, but did not know about this place until I found it on this app.
Read moreVery glad I did! We went there for lunch and had the mushroom burgers and various lattes. It was more of a mushroom sandwich but it was amazing!
We also got a couple of tahini cookies to take away and they were delicious -to be honest I struggled to choose a cake as they all looked so good.

Amazing food and vibe - Edit
It was absolutely delicious! We had flat breads, hummus, banana bread, chocolate brownies and chai lattes. Everything was exceptionally good, I particularly loved the banana bread and the chai latte, I haven’t had a chai latte of that quality since I went to India, don’t miss it! My husband liked the best the chocolate brownie, but said everything was really good. :D
