Great vegan cream tea - Edit
Popped in for a pit stop during shopping. Staff were extremely friendly and the decor is beautiful. Slightly pricey as it’s in the centre of the city but not bad considering. Vegan cream tea comes with a replacement for clotted cream, which I believe was aquafaba. Doesn’t quite hit the same spot but it was nice regardless. Definitely worth a visit, and the menu looked pretty substantial.

Cons: Bit pricey , Not a huge amount of seating, Vegan cream tea not quite as good as the non-V

Nice But Expensive Vegan Afternoon Tea - Edit
I have been to Sweet Little Things for a vegan afternoon tea twice now; once last year and again last week. I really appreciate that they offer a vegan afternoon tea as it’s really hard to find. The afternoon tea is really nice there; with a good selection of sandwiches, one scone with jam and vegan Whippy creme, and a huge range of vegan cakes! The highlight on both occasions was the vegan cakes as you’re given quite big slices of different types of sponge cakes (for example, Biscoff cake, chocolate, jam sponge, lemon). The cakes are always delicious and the scones are always warm and tasty. On my most recent visit though, I did notice a change in the portion sizes. The scone was way smaller than before which was disappointing as you only get one anyway. Also, my main issue with the afternoon tea now is that it is £25 for one person! The price when I visited last year was £20! So it has increased by £5 which is a lot and they haven’t improved or made the afternoon tea any bigger or better. I think this price increase is a recent change as I didn’t notice it when I booked it. During my last visit I decided I won’t be rushing back because it’s become too expensive for what it is. It’s a super cute cafe inside but the atmosphere is very chaotic and it’s very claustrophobic. Also, unless you book you are highly unlikely to get a table which is annoying. I’ve been to Sweet Little Things for brunch before too and I had the vegan pancakes. The pancakes were ok but very small and again; overpriced. I think this cafe is very overhyped but I know it’s popular mainly for its cute interior. I just wish the quality of their food reflected their expensive prices now.

Yummy vegan afternoon tea 💖🌱 - Edit
Had a vegan afternoon tea here this weekend, it’s so floral and pretty inside! A little cramped but really beautiful and the service is really good.
Read moreThe vegan afternoon tea had a mixture of sandwiches with great vegan sandwich fillings (including vegan cheese, tomatoes and pesto, avocado and chill jam, hummus and salad), really delicious, moist cakes with amazing icing and vegan scones with whipped cream and jam!! The tea is also really lovely and they have a range of vegan milks. Really delicious but the only down point was that it’s a bit crammed when it’s busy! Would definitely go back though. #Veganuary
Pros: Amazing vegan afternoon tea , Lovely decor
Cons: A little bit crammed in there

Afternoon tea - Edit
We ate here as a family of four; two vegan, one veggie and omni afternoon teas. Wasn't the best service but with current restrictions and staff shortages etc. I have not marked them down for this. We ordered our afternoon teas, was nice that we could swap the tea for soft drinks without the usual extra charge. No option was given to choose any sandwich fillings or cake flavours etc. we just got whatever was the standard offerings I guess but it was all really nice! Very filling, ended up with a doggy bag to take home. £19.95pp for adults and £12pp for omni child. Nice, flowery setting which even has a swing downstairs. Lovely family treat whilst we were visiting Bath

Underbaked Cupcake - Edit
I tried the vegan chocolate cupcake from this cafe - unfortunately the batter was under baked and completely raw in places. Hopefully a one off but aside from the icing it was totally inedible. We had bought the cakes to take away so the cafe did not have the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Nice Cafe - Edit
Brand new cafe, still ironing out its systems. Setting is lovely and staff very friendly but they’re not quite set up for vegans yet; staff spent a bit of time working out what they could put in a vegan cream tea. Delicious when it arrived but the scones only had jam, no vegan butter or cream.
Read moreThis place also serves meat and fish, so clearly isn’t veggie only.
Pros: Setting, Staff
Cons: Not quite set up for vegans, yet, Food not very clearly labelled, Only one cake was vegan
