A brightly decorated, Indian themed converted house offers all-vegan international dishes. One dish is served daily with juice, soup, main dish, dessert and spiced coffee. Ring the bell and leave your shoes at the entrance. This happy little place has several tables for seating along the entry corridor and a room with lower tables for floor sitting. Choose a juice and the rest will follow. Open Tue-Sun 11:00am-3:00pm. Closed Mon, Tue.

I went there 3 times!! - Edit
First I was a bit irritated by the closed door but you just pull the string and ring the bell. Then choose a table and they ask you which juice. There are different meal styles each day of the week. I tried Indian, Brasilian/local and Arabic. It was all very tasty and well seasoned!

Loved it - Edit
Each day they have a different menu. On Wednesday they had Mexican and Arabic. Everything comes in vegan and vegetarian versions.
Read moreI ordered the Arabic option and it was very tasty.
You get a drink and a soup as a stater and a big plate of food for 26 reais.
Very cozy space.

The menu depends on the foodstuffs of the day.
It's a nice and quiet place with two floor and a really cute and enjoyable terrasse.
And last but not least, the people are really nice, open minded, simple and peaceful.

Comida bem saborosa, vale muito a pena conhecer. Preço super justo. Recomendo! - Edit
Vale a pena conhecer.

delicious and cheap vegan lunch - Edit
Very delicious and cheap food: a plate full of mixed vegan dishes, a juice and a soup for just 20$R. They also offered different desserts for 5$R each but I was full. Nice to sit with many small tables as well.

Great food with good energy - Edit
At first hard to locate, this place amazed us with its charme. On the other hand side of a small park, it is a red painted house, where you need to ring a bell to enter. Ever day they offer a different meal of the day, which can be anything from traditional Brazilian food to burgers. We had an Indian dish, as you can see in the picture, and a soup for starters. It tasted really good and the owner is friendly as well. I would certainly come back!

More than meets the eye. - Edit
It was a pleasure to meet Nitya and Vladia on our trip around Brazil, unfortunately we could only pass by on two consecutive days, enough to enjoy the beautiful space they have renovated and decorated. On the first day we visited, after the starter soup and a cashew apple juice the dish was local cuisine and a main plate of various balanced flavours and generous portions. We skipped the chocolate cake, as one of us avoids wheat and went directly to the spiced coffee served in eclectic cups and saucers. On the second day we arrived rather late for the North American dish of burger (fantastic bread), fries, salad and onion rings. The soup was delicious and although we didn't have time for coffee the whole dining experience is not only nutritionally satisfying, but mentally rejuvenating. It was a shame that we couldn't find out more about the studies of Ramana Maharshi, who's images grace the walls as there's more to this place than lunch, but alas, our journey moves forth. Our recommendation is to spend as much time here as you can. The complete meal, as of November 2017 is R15.
