Order the bowl over the pita

This place was good with lots of vegan options. The falafel was not my favorite, and the pita had too much sauce on it, giving it a slimy texture. The bowls were much better with very fresh veggies and great flavors.

A welcome meal

This place is pretty good. It's like a Mediterranean chipotle. Prices are reasonable and it seems like over half (at least) of the ingredients are vegan. This is a chain. I looked it up, it's in 22 states as of 2023 so definitely a good reliable spot to look for if you happen to find yourself in a suburban area lacking in vegan restaurants.

Always a good option

I’ve been to CAVA in a few cities and have always had a good experience. It’s often selected by onmis so I’m glad they have delicious vegan options here.

Also, the new spicy falafel is great (though not actually spicy)

Pros: Consistent, Friendly manager at this one
