Meanwhile, have ordered/bought pastry at the shop in Ghent, and also had cupcakes, popsicles and cookies for a party. Beautiful and delicious!
Only point is that there is no telephone number available, and it can be a bit difficult to reach her and get confirmation of our order. But in the end everything was more than OK!

Voor ons eerste bezoek bestelden we het verwenbordje. Daarbij krijg je een selectie van de bestsellers van die dag. Een prachtig gedecoreerd bord werd ons gepresenteerd. Vier stukjes cake/taart en een chocolate chip cookie. Overheerlijk!

20-08-22: Had two cakes to take home from Vegan Summer Fest, a carrot cake and a blondie. Both were super delicious, nice structure and taste.

The past years, I've ordered here several times: custom birthday cakes, cupcakes, lemon poppy seed cake, and so on. All were delicious. Her specialty are the beautiful cupcakes and her big cakes which you can have personalised. If you want to try her cakes without ordering, visit her bar which is at another address (Lange violettestraat, check the other Catberry here on Happycow). A must visit when you're in Gent and love sweets.

I ordered 2 cakes from Amélie for my birthday, they were both delicious and beautiful! She was very easy to contact over email and very accommodating to any requests I made. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for vegan cakes to serve at their next event.
