Has a second location in Lange Violettestraat, coffeeshop, where dine in for coffee and pastry is available. Relocated from Ottergemsesteenweg 166. Open Sat 11:00-15:00. Shop open Sat - Other days you can order online and pick up at the store.

Catberry is in Gent en ver daarbuiten een begrip geworden als het op vegan taarten op aan komt.

Naast de lekkere cupcakes in allerlei kleuren en smaken, al dan niet in een thema (ook erotisch) is zeker de Lemon poppyseed cake een aanrader!
Hun taarten zijn op ieder feestje een eyecatcher!

20-08-22: Had two cakes to take home from Vegan Summer Fest, a carrot cake and a blondie. Both were super delicious, nice structure and taste.
Read more21-09-23: Saw they had freak shakes at VSF23 and we tried both options. The unicorn one is absolutely adorable and both were delicious.

Cupcakes, custom cakes and more - Edit
The past years, I've ordered here several times: custom birthday cakes, cupcakes, lemon poppy seed cake, and so on. All were delicious. Her specialty are the beautiful cupcakes and her big cakes which you can have personalised. If you want to try her cakes without ordering, visit her bar which is at another address (Lange violettestraat, check the other Catberry here on Happycow). A must visit when you're in Gent and love sweets.

Read moreFrangipane is one of my favourites so I will buy it whenever I have the chance, and I loved this one, perfect combination of almond flavour, moist cake, sweet icing and jam.
Loved the cupcake as well.

They had a stand at the vegan a' fairs 2022 and all the pastries look soo cute and yummy. I had a chocolate cookie that not only was delicious but very well decorated in any detail. Can t wait to go visit at bakery!

We ordered very last minute (only a couple days beforehand) and she still accepted our order. The communication was very smooth and she was very friendly.

I ordered 2 cakes from Amélie for my birthday, they were both delicious and beautiful! She was very easy to contact over email and very accommodating to any requests I made. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for vegan cakes to serve at their next event.
