We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the small restaurant was very nice and the waiters were very friendly. There is a very large selection. And you don't have to wait long for the food.

La verdad tienen platos muy bueno y otros que no, por suerte he probado más de los que han sido de mi gusto, como el Sandwich la peruana (7.200) pizza margarita (8.900) las papas buenas buenas aunque a veces un poco pasadas a aceite sino 10/10, igual tragos de autor como culle rosado (6.900) (parece postre)y creo que el otro que probé y me gustó era chinita (6.900) y la piña colada (6.400) rica (parece postre también)aunque a veces te la traen bien dulce y otras no, pizza tofu igual rica (8.900) aquí el tofu se salva con el bbq porque el tofu de los Sandwich lamentablemente me ha parecido desabrido, las vianesas que usan no han sido mis preferidas pero malas tampoco y eso es todo lo que he probado.
Read moreLa relación calidad precio esta buena pero si le achuntas a un buen plato, las porciones bien, la atención a veces deja que desear, ambiente podría ser mejor pero al menos las veces que he ido he pillado mesa dentro así que bien, ketchup malisimo, baños pequeños pero no muy sucios (considerando que es bar también podrian estar mucho mas sucios), la ubicación buenaa.

I have been travelling around South America for 15 days now. Some countries have been tough, some have been easier. But, this restaurant blows it all out the park and puts Chile in that #1 spot for vegans. Excellent sandwich/ toastie.

Nos costó un siglo elegir qué comer ya que la carta es muy extensa y hay de todo para todos los gustos. Terminé pidiendo un as de tofu apanado (recomendadisimo!!!) italiano y estaba 10/10. Los tragos dulces y ricos. La atención muy buena y el local hermoso.

La carta es muy amplia, tienen opciones de todos los tipos. Hamburguesas, papas fritas, almuerzos caseros, postres. Los cocktail de autor son buenísimos y los sándwiches sorprenden, son sabrosos y enormes. Si comes poco vale la pena llevarse lo que queda. Vas a querer ir muchas veces para probarlo todo ❣️

Great lunch spot - Edit
This was our first stop in Santiago and it was just perfect. The place has a laid back alternative vibe and staff is friendly. There is a large all vegan menu to choose from. We went for sandwiches, which come with a side of fries and make up a substantial meal. We had their homemade lemonade as well which was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by.

Opens late and just outside Baquedano Station - Edit
Catapilcana is near a major station (Baquedano), serves draft beers, opens late, and blasts Metallica. What’s not to like? We had a red-eye flight and then a connecting to get to Santiago, so by the time we got in, we were tired. And by the time we felt rested enough to move, things were already closing. Catapilcana was a find and delivered. Just two blocks from where we were staying and the fact that it was an all-vegan menu meant no fussing about substitutions or double-checking if there was dairy on that. Who got the energy for that when you’re tired and hungry? You just have to decide if you want the sandwich, hot dog, or pizza and whether you want a second round. Trust, get that second round. You just landed in a fantastic city and found an awesome bar full of your people. Get that second round and savor it.

Really nice place to have a cocktail and dinner, the atmosphere is lovely and staff are very friendly. Portions were also huge! They provided me with a box so I could take the leftovers home with me😄

Lo descubrí por error pero me encantó! El sándwich No Fish era exquisito, con pan de masa madre y el “fish” hecho de champiñón ostra, todo muy casero! Tmb pedí un jugo natural muy rico y un galleton.

Such a cute bar with good vegan food, has great selection of beers and juices. I had the Chilean hotdog Italian style and the potatoes with fried onions and added mushrooms. Cute decor too and the staff is so nice!
