Seperate Vegan Menu - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu, we had a delicious potato & Leek Soup. My husband and Dad said the Vegan Burger was better than the average you often get in Scotland as it had lettuce, tomato, pickle & vegan cheese & mayo which came with hot chips (nice flavour with some of the skin left on) & salad. We also had a vegan toastie which with vegan cheese and blueberry chutney, I would much prefer a healthier sandwich of hummus, tomato spinach, pickle & onion. could have been healthier. They only had one vegan option for dessert which was a flapjack but they popped some fresh strawberries with it for us. My mum was bold enough to tell them that everything was lovely but she wished that they didn’t use sprays on the farm.

Buy from the shop or pick your own! - Edit
Not only a farm shop, but also a place where you can pick your own fruits (raspberry, strawberry, cherry, and more). The shop has quite a fair few vegan products like veggie crisp, vegan mayo, oatcakes, biscuits, as well as Jan, fresh vegetables and fruits. I had fun with picking my own fruits!

Read moreA very meat based farm shop (like most in Scotland) bvut i can see they have amde a big effort in the cafe to intoeduce vegan options which is great. It had a good selection of kitchen cupboard good and itss good to see more vegan food.
It realy isnt the sort of place I would add but I'm glad someone has as i can see the changing world in Scotland.

My local place, has good vegan and veggie options and is constantly improving!
Read moreCan’t speak higher of this place, in a rural Scottish area it is the only place that has adapted to have delicious veggie and vegan food, has a great attitude and is always willing to try new things to be if it their customers!
The staff are very friendly and they (pre-covid) normally have events on which are a great family day out! I can’t wait to return!
