We visited Bath just for two nights and we ended up going to Cascara twice - once for lunch and once for cake! I couldn’t believe how many vegan cake options there were. The food and cake were equally lovely, I loved this place.

My partner and I were really impressed with this laidback cafe. We ordered the loaded toast - with banana, peanut butter, coconut yoghurt, agave and cacao nibs - and the kimchi and cheeze toastie, which was a very interesting and different flavour pairing! We also got a chai latte and a turmeric latte and a side of scrambled tofu. Bigger than it looks from the outside, there was seating across three floors as well as outside. We sat upstairs, where there was beautiful artwork for sale on the wall and plenty of magazines to peruse - we could have sat in there all day if we had the time! When we arrived (about 11:30am on a Sunday) it was fairly quiet and we had our choice of tables, but it was very busy as we were leaving

Me and my partner had lunch here on a weekend. Relatively fast service (20 min wait) despite being packed. Smoothie was a bit tart but super helpful team added some agave and it was lovely. Food was enjoyable.

Best Vegan Brunch in Bath - Edit
My first time at Cascara today and I will definitely be returning ASAP! I loved it. The menu is amazing. So many great options and everything that I love! I had the Loaded Toast and the Green Smoothie. My mum also has the loaded toast and we both agreed that it was delicious! I’ve never had anything like it before and it was such a big portion and great value for the price. I can’t wait to try more things on the menu. The smoothie was also great and they have so many drinks options! They also have lots of vegan cakes, cookies and pastries to choose from! I loved the vibe of this place too. 100% recommend to all vegans if you’re looking for amazing food and I will be rushing back ASAP!

Went here the day before yesterday for my oat latte hit, and will be coming back again. Such a lovely cafe to get a drink (and their food menu looked delicious). It’s completely vegan and seating wise the cafe looks deceiving as there is space both downstairs and upstairs too!
