Today my mother went to cascara for a vegan croissant and some coffee. I waited in the car as it was a long walk. Not only did they have no vegan croissants left after only being open for about 40 minutes , but my drink was awful, I took a sip and it was flavourless (I got a matcha latte) so I thought it was the wrong drink , I opened the lid and was absolutely disgusted , there was a big spider floating in it , not only is this extremely unhygienic but I am vegan so I feel extremely sick to my stomach right now. I didn’t manage to get a picture as I threw it away in shock. unfortunately I can’t go back to complain as it’s a long walk away but I sent them a message about it on Instagram and I am waiting for a reply. Im sure this is not common but I am very upset and disgusted, I am just wondering the hygiene of this establishment especially during Coronavirus.
