Fantastic Vegan Bowl - Edit
I got the Pacific Crest bowl with rice/quinoa base, vegan option, which is chickpeas and sweet potatoes, with ginger shoyu sauce, grilled pineapple, and avocado. It was delish! Sort of wish I had ordered a large, but the small was plenty.

Nutritious, filling, and yummy bowls - Edit
They originally created the Green Lakes Bowl to be vegan so we both went with that! It was supper yummy and filling. I love how all the bowls can be made vegan and the base can be customized. I’m excited to try a different bowl next time!

I have been here twice. I’ve had the Mt. Hood bowl and the Pacific Crest Bowl. You can tell the flavor profile have been well thought out and perfected. The pacific crest bowl is soo fresh; pineapple, avocado and a ginger shoyu give it a Polynesian taste to it. I highly recommend this spot. They are 100% gluten free as well, so celiacs rejoice.

Had the Green Lakes Bowl and loved the dill heavy tahini sauce! The ingredients are fresh and blend together so beautifully ❤️
