As of 1/2023 offers caponata with focaccia, and two sorts of pinsa, one called "la vegana" (with tomato, cherry tomatoes, vegan cheese, artichokes, cep and baked eggplant) and the other called Fernando (tomato, eggplant, zucchini, onions and roasted peppers). Book ahead as space is limited. Open Mon-Thu 13:30-15:30, 19:30-23:00, Fri-Sun 13:30-16:00, Fri-Sat 19:30-23:30, Sun 19:30-23:00. Mon-Thu: afternoon hours are 1:30 pm - 3:45 pm.

Riquísimo y contundente - Edit
Si bien me dieron la opción de veganizar otros platos del menú, me fui por la pinsa llamada “La Vegana”, la que estuvo riquísima, sabrosa, liviana y aún así muy contundente. La recomiendo 10/10. Al final si bien no quedaban postres veganos, me regalaron un café de cortesía con la opción de echarle leche de soja.
