Compré cuatro kilos de carne para un asado de mi amiga. Fue mi primer asado así que no estaba segura de lo que debería comprar. El personal me ayudó y elegimos chorizos, hamburguesas, pechugas, costillas, y lonchas de queso. Todo costó ~65.000 pesos. En el asado probé todo excepto las costillas. No estaba muy impresionada con el sabor. Le faltaba algo. La textura no era parecida a la de la carne.

Pros: Buenos precios , Personal atento, Muchas opciones

Cons: Le falta sabor, Texture no es como carne

This place is a gem! - Edit

I am staying in Buenos Aires for a few months, and I have access to a kitchen. There are plant based meats here that can substitute in typical local recipes. I especially enjoyed making pasta with tomato sauce, vegetables, and Carnes Plant Based meats. A great dinner in your own home that goes great with wine. Carnes has great products!
