Excellent restaurant, best we had for months - Edit
Nice setting, and very quiet if you come before 9:30pm. The vegan empanadas were good, and the vegan chili was the best we ever tasted. Also come with nachos and several salsas, so definitely enough to eat for two people. The nachos were a bit too salty for us but the chili was really outstanding, with perfectly cooked beans. The vegan chocolate tarte was also outstanding, really tasty.

Definitely one of the best restaurant we had in a while. Almost (if not all?) the meals can be made vegan. Not too pricey for what you got. Would definitely come back if we had the chance, and very worth the walk from the city center.

Fomos jantar hoje no Cardamono, depois de alguns dias comendo comidas muito sem graça em Salta. Ficamos encantados com o tempero, escolha do cardápio, tamanho das porções e sabor no geral. De entrada pedimos as empanadas e o bao, que estavam muito deliciosos. Como a entrada é muito bem servida, pedimos somente um prato principal: o ramen. Estava muito complexo, cheio de sabor, ingredientes e cuidado. Por fim, a torta de chocolate vegana é simplesmente o melhor doce que já comemos.

I went here twice - first time I got a coffee and the gnocchi dish was really beautifully made (I think the gnocchi was purple potato but not entirely sure). The second time I got the nachos which were so good, not too greasy as you often get in South America. Staff were super friendly and it was reasonably priced (cheaper if you pay in cash!)

Pequeño restaurante vegetariano con muchos platos veganos. Comimos unos rollos de berenjenas rellenos de ricotta de almendras, un ramen y un risotto de quinoa y setas. Todo riquísimo y muy elaborado.

...don't try the Ceviche! The delicious ingredients are drowned in sour water 😕 Pick something else instead – if you can't read their Spanish menu, choose an item by picture from the various reviews here. Cuisine is mostly South American featuring some international dishes as well. Come before 9pm or it might get full – although you probably won't – meals are small and light.

I loved my ramen, with the extra tofu it was a good portion and tasted really good. The noodle soup needs the extra tofu option to be a fully filling meal, but was anyway very tasty.
