Delicious authentic Spanish food - Edit
Was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the dishes here. The mushrooms in garlic and lemon were SO tasty, it was a shame I had to share them. The bravas de patatas had a slightly crispy exterior, and a really good, slightly spicy sauce.
Read moreFor mains I had ordered the Fabada Asturiana, purely because it has vegan sausage, but sadly they had run out of sausage so they made the Comida Vegana del Peregrino for me instead. I was advised the dishes are very similar. It was very tasty and enjoyable, and I liked the addition of the green apple on top.
My dinner companions had the non-vegan paella, and it looks very authentic (and different to others I've seen cooked at markets etc) with a very crispy base, and we were told it takes 30 minutes to cook it properly. I really want to try the vegan paella!
The male waiter/owner was so lovely and friendly with great service.

The vegan paella is my go to! Absolutely love it and a serving for 4 people is $50 which I think is very reasonable. They have a few tapas vegan options such as bread and olives. They also have a small vegan section with a stew and salad.

Service is lovely and the restaurant is spacious.
