Not vegan-friendly

I told the serving staff I was vegan and they said that was fine but the starter came out with an anchovy on top and my main dish came out with cheese on top...
There was no vegan dessert option with the menu del día so I asked for a coffee instead, which is typical here in Spain. They said it wasn't possible to have a coffee instead and that they would have to charge me extra for the coffee despite the lack of dessert option.
I get it's a meat restaurant but come on, it takes 30 seconds to add a note to the ticket saying no meat/fish/dairy and a cafe solo instead of a dessert isn't gonna break the bank.

Vlees restaurant met oog voor Vegan opties: super veel lekkere groentjes!
