Marked vegan options

There are a few marked vegan options, which is rare in Italian restaurants. The food was ok, nothing too special and pretty expensive..

Dear Juan Pablo, To be in Happy Cow that's not mean you have to think and write like a Cow.
What you wrote is false.
The dish you saw in the photos ( like is also wrote in HC) are dishes made for the vegan and vegetarian month last year from 15 March to 15 April.
In the Capriccio Menu there are 11 vegan and vegetarian dishes, plus the ones in the menu of the day. We serve also whole wheat pasta for Vegan, And there is a Logo in the menu' of what is Vegan and what is vegetarian.
Beside that on 15 March we start again the vegan/Vegetarian month same as last year and we will have new vegan and vegetarian dishes every 2 days.
Take your single star with you and if there is somebody should not be in this application this is you, who wrote fake informations.
We are not a Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant but I'm personally happy to cook and prepare dishes for give an option to eat in Capriccio also to our Vegan or Vegetarian friends. We use organic salad, and other organic product we can find in the market, as in Thailand the use of pesticide in the vegetable is incredible high.
