Good vegan food pairing options

Great experience at this beautiful vineyard. We had a 30-minute tour of the vineyard and a tasting of six wines afterward which was paired with tasty, Italian food. They offered us vegan options with each wine. The food was plenty and tasty: bruschetta, bread, carrot salad with walnuts, beans, crackers, zucchini, chicory, dried tomatoes, sweetened almonds, cookies. The whole experience was great, it took 3-4 hours and was inexpensive.
