Beer is crazy expensive - Edit
Vegan El Pastor is pretty good! I ordered the Crispy Taco and specified no Sour Cream and no Cheese, so it’s basically just the soy meat and guacamole and pico de gallo.

Anyway, pleasantly surprised to have these options as I wait for my flight to Mexico City to check out the vegan restaurant scene there!
Pros: Alternative Proteins!, Friendly Staff
Cons: They didn’t automatically know I wanted no dairy, (Have to ask for no sour cream and no cheese)

Pleasantly surprised! - Edit
I had the vegan Al pastor in a soft taco and it was very good. Better than typical airport food, authentic and a great price. It’s still more than you’d pay at a typical taqueria but filling none the less.
