Needs vegan cheese - Edit

To avoid disappointment, I pre-ordered a teriyaki pork loin sandwich over IG to pick up when I finished taking a circuitous bus ride out there. (It’s not located near any subway station.) The owner is very sweet and told me she’d start making my order about five minutes before Google Maps estimated I would arrive. I got there a bit before the ETA, but I wasn’t in a hurry and was happy to wait for a freshly pressed sandwich. She charged me NT$10 less for it since she didn’t put dairy cheese on it, per my request. Yay!

Without any cheese, it didn’t quite resemble a Cubano. The portion was also too small to consider a meal. I think the experience would be much improved after they start sourcing a good vegan cheese. I’m thankful that they are working on offering something a bit out of the ordinary, but there’s room for improvement.

Pros: can veganize some options, friendly staff

Cons: no vegan cheese, sells out quickly, no place to sit down onsite
