Thai Coconut Curry - Edit
They have curry on the menu and there is a “protein choice” where you can choose cauliflower curry and it is clearly labeled “Vegan” next to the cauliflower option. This was delicious 10/10 would recommend. It was savory and it seems like the cauliflower was marinated in coconut milk. That gave it so much good flavor. Can’t wait to go back.
