Risotto was my favorite - Edit
While I'm not a huge fan of the prix fixe meu concept, the food and atmosphere at California Grill was great. For the first course, the vegan option was the heirloom and raspberry salad. This was just ok, the granola tart was extremely hard and difficult to eat. The saffron risotto, however, was amazing. Absolutely delicious, I ate every bite. The peanut & banana torte was great as well, but I would go back again just for the risotto.

Changed for the worse - Edit
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants at WDW when they had the vegan unplugged menu, but they’ve switched to all prix fixe, and as usual, it’s very overpriced from the vegetarian/vegan selections. On this visit, the menu was salad, mushroom ravioli and doughnuts. If you’re not vegan, there are other choices for dessert but not for the other two courses. This costs $89 before beverage, tax and tip. Not bad if, like the guy next to me, you’re getting chicken flatbread and steak, but incredibly expensive for salad and ravioli.

Great plant based option - Edit
Great restaurant atop Disney's Contemporary Hotel. The Plant Based Unplugged Menu gives you multiple options to choose from. The food was fabulous. My only complaint was that by the time I was finished I was to full to try the dessert.
Read morePros: Numerous options. Best vegan meal I had, During my week at WDW.
Cons: Not a con, but as with all high end WDW , Restaurants, reservations all but required.

Plant-Based Unplugged = Worth the Money! - Edit
The Plant Based Unplugged menú option is currently $37 (typical entree price here). You get to choose 4 mini entrees out of 12 selections. They bring you a huge amount of food (I had leftovers to take over), and all the flavors are amazing! The team here is extremely mindful towards vegans and I cannot wait to go again! Best vegan meal at Disney!
