The vegan burrito, tacos, and sauces are SO FREAKIM' GOOOOOOOD. Sad I barely just tried them for the first time.

Ordered the vegan burrito, and it was not only HUGE but was delicious! They use beyond steak for the 'asada', which I loved! My only complaint was it was really dry, so I asked for more crema and added salsa at home.

Best Vegan Baja food in NM! - Edit
The vegan options at CBC are insane! pretty hefty and filling portions too! My favourite is the Vegan Cali Asada Burrito. My meat-eating friends can't really tell the difference either. 100% recommended.
