I always visited Calaveritas at the old food truck park, brewery pop ups or any vegan food festival… they were always easy to find because they had the longest line. I’m so happy they finally opened their own location and I’m happy to see the lines of calaveritas fans are still there. I will definitely be back to this location and highly recommend it

i usually get the tacos, but the nachos are choice if you’re really hungry. On top of regular drinks they now have irish sea moss drinks. A good pairing to wash the food down.

This place is 100% vegan and the street tacos were so good. It reminded me a lot of traditional meat street tacos so it was great to have them again in a vegan way. The counter is in a food truck area so it is only take out containers but there was plenty of outdoor seating. Cashier was super friendly and everything he recommended was so tasty.

Delicious food and ready right on time. We ordered ahead via online website and food was ready ontime, order was correct and they actually read the notes that we wrote. Definitely will order food from here again. Keep up the good work guys

Ive been following Calaveritas for a while now, from a little pop up, to a food truck, to their pop up window. As proof of my love, I drive 45 minutes both to and from the window, totaling at an hour and a half on Atlanta roads. And it’s well worth the drive!! My favorite protein option is the carnitas. I’ve had them in the tacos, quesadillas, and nachos, and they taste great in all three!! Calaveritas is known for their birria tacos, and they certainly deserve it! I have had them a few times now, and they are delicious!
Read moreOne of my favorites to get here are the loaded nachos, as I can get a bit of everything. Though whatever you get, you will not lose out. I highly recommend their chips and queso to pair with the tacos!

Authentic, affordable, delicious Mexican food. You can tell everyone from the workers to the owners are hardworking and friendly. The lines are usually long (for a reason) but they get your food out quickly. Definitely recommend pulling up to their truck (usually at a brewery or vegan festivals/markets) and getting some of the best vegan Mexican food in Atlanta.

I eat here any chance I get and always bring non vegan guests who ask to come back when they're in town - it's that good. I always get the chorizo taco platter. Their salsa verde is so flavorful. They know me by name its that much of a problem. I can't stress this enough how much I missed some authentic Mexican food after going vegan and this soothes the soul.

I have had their food several times and they don't miss! The birria tacos are so good and the double quesadilla is very filling/ tasty. I plan to try some more of their offerings and highly recommend Calaveritas!! The staff are friendly, always a pleasant experience. I recommend checking out their Instagram and website as well as sign up for their email list to keep up with the locations they will be at each week.

Finally! Fully vegan Authentic Mexican food! And it’s delicious. The jackfruit birria quesatacos are so good! My husband and I tried the carnitas, pastor, and asada tacos. I’d say the asada was my favorite of those three. Would def come again, especially since there are other food trucks around them that are also fully vegan.
