Very good! - Edit
Amazing to have such an accommodating local place in a Spanish mountain town. Three vegan starters (plus goat cheese salad without cheese), one main, and two desserts. Oat milk for coffees. We really enjoyed our meal! Very nice staff and quick service.

Comida y atención espectaculares - Edit
Fui un domingo al mediodía y opté por probar el primer plato de alcachofas, de segundo el plato de garbanzos y de postre el pastel de plátano y chocolate, todo estaba increíble. Se nota la calidad y el amor que le ponen. Además la camarera fue súper atenta, amable y cercana, una atención de 10.

Very cheap, lots of vegetables - Edit
It's definitely not easy finding places that have (decent) vegan options in this area.
Read moreIn retrospect, this was one of the best meals we had. It was filling, and had lots of vegetables! (Yeah for NOT serving patatas bravas or a vegan burger, which we often saw as vegan options later on).
A pasta dish with mushrooms and vegs and a vegetables dish (with leeks, eggplant etc). 11,5 € each! Supercheap!
I just hope the sauce of the pasta dish was really vegan ('yes, just tomatoes' although it was rather creamy). Communication wasnt always easy (little bit of English).
There didnt seem to be a vegan dessert (except for the pears in alcohol, but we dont drink alcohol).
2,3 for an alcohol free beer, 2,4 for a cola, 1,4 for a coffee.
Clean place, semi-modern vibe, toilets downstairs, clean.
Very friendly.

Simple food for luxury price. - Edit
So the staff is friendly and the food was nice. But the bill was so high, we freaked out. It is an old fashion bar type restaurant. We were 2 adults, one child and a baby. They have a fixed menu of starter , main, dessert , drinks and bread. We had in total 2 plates of pasta (with tomato sauce and spinach. Nothing special) an aubergine filled with bulgur (really tiny) and a gazpacho. And 2 desserts. So you would say it were 2 menus. Well they charged us €68. They didn’t tell us that sparkling water wasn’t included, only wine and normal water. And they charged each person a menu. We paid €68 for pasta and bread, in a random bar in a random village. We had to eat somewhere as we were traveling, and it had good reviews. But wouldn’t go back. We felt scammed to say the least.

Hola, respecto a tus comentarios, espinacas no utilizamos, eran acelgas con calabacín, cebolla, judia verde,... todo del huerto ecológico, todo eso era el salteado de los macarrones y usted solo vio el tomate...
Read moreLas berenjenas no eran pequeñas, 150gr la berenjena y estaba rellena de mijo con verduras todo Eco y biológico, NO utilizamos bulgur.
Usted hizo 1 menú completo de Macarrones Veganos y Arroz vegano, un 1r plato con postre y bebido de gazpacho y un 2o plato con postre y bebida de berenjenas veganas, 2 cafe con leche, 2 vichys (no incluidos como ponía escrito en el menú) y un zumo de naranja. En el menú sale claramente indicado que solo entra Vino y agua, no agua con gas, como tambien salen indicados los precios que usted leyó antes de pedir, comer y pagar. La bebida extra evidentemente hace subir el precio.

Arroz no os quedaba, así que no comimos. Como recomendación , alguien del equipo podría haber avisado sobre las bebidas. En mi humilde opinión, pasta con verduras y una berenjena con Mijo no puede valer tanto. Y menos en un pueblo perdido. Y bueno, supongo que las berenjenas de donde somos nosotros son simplemente mas grandes. De verdad estábamos en shock con el precio.
