Also has a special brunch once a month on Sundays with a vegan selection. Open Tue-Wed 10:00am-6:00pm, Thu 4:00pm-9:30pm, Fri 10:00am-6:00pm. Closed Sat-Mon. every Monday.

Beautiful place, good cause... but just one option - Edit
I don't want to sound negative, but if you look at this as a vegan destination, it's not a five star place. You only get lunch on three days a week and on those days you only have one option. So, yes, nice to have another option but let's reserve the top ratings for places with more options.
