Pretty Decent Food - Edit
The food here was pretty decent! I enjoyed my food. It was a little pricey for what was given, and I was not a fan of the tempeh skewers. Other than that, it is a good grab and go place. However, I did try this same cafe in Seattle and it was horrible. So definitely depends on location!

I used to work in one of these - Edit
Really expensive for what they serve. Like you can go home and make this stuff for far cheaper. Also the staff is paid minimum wage so service is not always going to be stellar, we appreciate tips greatly. Fast service though, and all whole foods except for cookies and tofu and such, so there's minimal processing.

Long-time fave - Edit
I’ve been eating Café Yumm since before it became a chain! I was glad to see it opened in Portland. Tasty flavors and good service.

Great options - Edit
Great vegan options here and they let you sub avocado for the cheese for no charge. This spot is my jam at the airport.

ummm.... not that good - Edit
I ordered a bowl with tofu and it was $10. The tofu was good, but it was literally dry rice and cold slaw underneath. I ended up giving it to my mom and going to chipotle. Honestly won’t go there again

convenient and tasty - Edit
Good variety on the menu. Plentiful vegan options. I love that they have Tempeh as an option instead of just Tofu. Also love that they have a location at the airport

My friend dragged me here! - Edit
One of my friends has been gushing about Cafe Yumm since I met her and always wanted to bring me here. We finally had the chance to stop when I was home in Portland for a bit! I wish I had come sooner! This style of food is just like what I make at home all the time and I would totally eat here every day (Cafe Yumm hook me up, c'mon). I had the original bowl with no meat, cheese or sour cream (YUCK) but it was the SAUCE that sold me. DANG it's so good (nutritional yeast is a gift from God). The food is so good and so satisfying!

Disappointing - Edit
Love that they serve Vegan! But very very disappointed in the food. Ate in Portland and in Bend, Oregon, both very disappointing. Had the veggie ginger burger, was perhaps left in the frying pan? was burnt, small, no taste and generally terrible. Decided to try one more time had a basic sandwich, store bought stale bread, absolutely nothing special. Sorry to pass on a restaurant that promotes Vegan, but would not eat here again.

good food terrible hours - Edit
This place closes way way earlier than demanded by locations. Despite that fact, when you cam actually catch them open they have a lot of great nutritious options.

Yumm! - Edit
This was a good casual place. Prices are reasonable, and all the food seems very fresh and healthy. Lots of veg options, seemed like more of those than meat options. They had four different vegetarian soups, some of which were vegan also. Would definitely eat at again if they had one near me.
