Quaint vegan eatery in Everett, WA .. only blocks from Angel of the Winds Arena - Edit
I was in the area and couldn't wait to rush out to Cafe Wylde to try their new burger special. Turns out, I was the first patron to get the chance to try ... woot woot, but I'm damn sure I won't be the last....
Read moreIt comes with an amazing side salad (this was a salad .. Side A, not Side B, definitely more than a "side" salad). Delicious fresh greens and that dressing, so creamy and dare I say, should I, yeah...imma say it ...dreamy :)
The burger was top notch, melty cheese, thick juicy bite, awesome sauce to bring all the components together, this sandwich had a lot to it!
I'm a fan of Lion's Mane so no way I was passing up the opportunity to try their Lion's Mane smoothie.
Last, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake, I think it's a gift straight from the cheesecake gods (and goddesses😄) themselves because eating this will elevate your spirits and your day!
Pros: Lots of main dishes, smoothies & baked goods, Great location, Walking distance to Angel of the Winds Arena

Disappointed-customer service needs improvement - Edit
I ordered toasted cheese and soup and the soup was inedible- the beans were not cooked. I had to ask 3 times to talk to the manager and felt like they were avoiding us- was told THEY like their beans firm and I said they were not firm they were crunchy. No real acknowledgement and no apology.. Food prices were a little high , but easily overlooked if service was good, but unfortunately it was not. Eventually got a refund for half my meal. Our total bill was $73 we ordered two drinks, , appetizer and 2 entrees. I won’t be going back.

Cons: Service needs improvement - acknowledge the issue , Sadly Soup was inedible , Menu was not accurate and was not told when order

Fulfilling Lunch - Edit
We got the Roslyn juice, which was good, but tart. Also the grilled cheese and pesto sandwich, both with bisque. Sandwiches were cheesy and delicious, the soup was amazing, yet very spicy.

Disappointing… - Edit
I was so excited to try this place and unfortunately it was a let down. My husband and I both ordered the BBQ Sandwich with the Smokey Avocado appetizer. There was a lack of flavour, and it was really expensive. I mean no disrespect, but the cost of 53.00$ for our lunch was not worth it. I really hope it can improve.

No texture, no soul to the food.
Read moreI was so excited to try a vegan restaurant and this was a bust. I get this is organic but there was no depth to it.
Korean tacos are a terrible name. Since they have nothing Korean about it. I don’t mean to sound mean but just no. Avoid it.
We need our vegan peeps to step it up. This isn’t 2004.

Pesto Sandwich 🤤 - Edit
I think the pesto sandwich might have been a special, so not always on the menu. If you see it, order it! Chocolate chip cookies are amazing, too. Drinks served a wee bit too hot for my taste.

Great food, great service - Edit
So grateful for this place with healthy food options. Even the espresso shots are good, my husband approves! I had the berry smoothie for starters, so fresh tasting! Coming for dinner today while we’re in town.

Cute Veg Place in Everett - Edit
Everett is relatively veg-friendly, but the surrounding areas are not, so Cafe Wylde is refreshing. My boyfriend and I ordered matcha, a balsamic strawberry smoothie, orangesicle (I think?), cheesecake, and tacos. I am a matcha lover, and I was unimpressed, but I think I didn’t like matcha with coconut milk because my boyfriend happily drank it. However, the smoothie, tacos, and cheesecake were all tasty and fresh! The staff was friendly, and the whole shop was cute.

what a delight! - Edit
To my knowledge, this is the only vegan place in Everette and it’s great. The smoothies are dessert type meals within themselves. It’s got a super local and personal vibe. I had the grilled cheese and bisque (takes me back to childhood!). Everyone I met up with loved their brunch and I’ll def go back.

Bayside Cafe (pub/fast food) is also vegan and just up the road from this one….this is definitely the healthier choice

OK but not great - Edit
I was very pleased we could find a vegan restaurant with outdoor seating that was open Friday evening (without need for reservations) as we passed through on our way to the mountains. My husband is an omnivore so we tend to gravitate towards places with good vegan options. In this case, he was happy with the Summer Salad and I got the Bukhan Bowl (there are tacos of the same name). I enjoyed the jackfruit (the base of the Korean BBQ filling) and tamari mushrooms. A little too much spinach and a little salty. I passed on the creama sauce which is probably more of a personal preference. It was a weird cheesy flavor and spicy. I enjoyed my Iced Chai Latte. The loft was closed and the tables were not clean—I crossed my legs and brushed the underside and got food stuffs on my pants that wouldn’t come out with just water so likely oily something.😒

Best vegan food ever - Edit
This has got to be one of the best vegan meals I’ve ever eaten. Definitely get the Bukhan tacos and the tostadas! I also got the Matcha tea frappe which was great! The staff was also nice and prepared all the food herself. Love supporting fully vegan businesses😄

The staff is extremely friendly! The food is to die for! This is by far my go to place for burritos. They make a fabulous jackfruit one. My cousin and husband said it tasted just like pork. Changing people one meal at a time!

3 words: smoky avocado dip. It’s addictive! Their BBQ jackfruit sandwich is fab. Purple slaw needs a little more flavor but good. Bukhan and Peach Habanero Tacos are amazeballs. Pesto pasta with zucchini noodles is very flavorful. Food is fresh and delicious!

Very Tasty! - Edit
Cafe Wylde is a whole food, plant-based restaurant that offers a wide range of vegan smoothies and juices, plus entrees that include chili, tacos, bowls, and zucchini pasta. A lot of the dishes use jackfruit with different flavors. I tried the Bukhan Tacos with Korean BBQ jackfruit, slaw, avocado, and a tasty and moderately spicy sauce. The flavors and textures were great with ample garlic, the right amount of spice, Asian flair, and good quality corn tortillas. Three tacos cost about $16, but they were rich and filling and we’re a satisfying, foodie dish. Even though this is a restaurant with counter service, consider it a slow food experience that takes significant preparation time.

Great Everett option - Edit
Took two vegan food loving omnivores along and everyone was happy, so that’s always a good sign! I would prefer if they had the option to do different proteins in their dishes, not a huge jackfruit fan which seems to be the predominant meat choice here and wasn’t totally clear from menu. They do a great job with it but I’d still prefer say tofu or tempeh. All in all a good experience!
Read morePros: Options on the healthier side , All vegan , Cute space
Cons: Everything is expensive anymore, to be expected , Would prefer options on veggie meats
