delicious vegan options on demand

Neustrelitz is definitely not a paradise for vegans, at least if you want to eat other than french fries and a mixed salad. This cosy restaurant with its picturesque garden has several vegetarian options on the menu. Most of them can easily be veganised. Soymilk is used anyway. Staff is very friendly. When I asked for vegan options, they not only offered a mixed plate with an assortment of vegan options (among them a very tasty celeri cutlet), but I was also led into the kitchen to have a look myself and discuss with the cook. The dishes were delicious. Go there and ask for the vegan options! Maybe one day they will appear on the menu.

Pros: delicious food, wonderful place, nice and helpful staff

Cons: meat and fish on the menu, vegan options not (yet) obvious
