Cafè Reborn is great and has a great “salad” bar. There was a ton on options like picked onions, hummus, olive tapenade and such. But if you’re even a little bit of a picky eater, there’s not a lot for you😩 BUT it is worth a try and the owner is the SWEETEST! So kind! And they love sustainability so you have grab your own container from home.

The first vegan café in Viborg - Edit
Has filling salads, wraps and sometimes a warm dish as well. The food is usually quite delicious and you can choose between meal options with meat substitutes or more natural products such as falafel instead.

And a lot of drink options, chocolate, lentils and grains (sold by the gram), etc.

My favourite place in central jutland - Edit
I always go to cafe reborn when I'm in Viborg. They make amazing vegan sandwiches or salads, and often have really tasty cakes. Price is reasonable, and the cafe is in a pretty good location in the centre of Viborg.

My family had ordered some vegan food from Reborn for me as everyone else was having omni catering. Got a salad (w/ fresh bread), a falafel wrap, and a piece of vegan chocolate cake - everything was so yummy, and pretty inexpensive! Can definitely recommend!
