Several vegan options

Just outside Yushen Park. Up a spiral staircase to the floor above street level. Their name seems to be 43 [degrees symbol]; I didn’t see “Parallel 43” used. They have an English menu, at least with the dish names, if not the ingredients. Only some items are vegan. It’s self-serve: after ordering and paying, watch for your meal to appear on the glass cabinet, and bus your own table afterwards. Desserts are displayed in the cabinet, several marked Vegan, cheesecakes, muffins, etc. Coffees, teas and bottled drinks available. There are more tables outside, streetside. I had the rice pancake folded over salad with avocado chunks, drizzled with a good mustardy sauce. Took away a vegan muffin, black in colour and savoury, not sweet.

most delicious chocolate cake I ever ate :)

What an amazing experience 🙂 It started with the probably most delicious chocolate cake I ever ate. Roasted hazelnut crust with a raw cacao, cashew, maple syrup and salt filling. We also had a cappucchino with hazelnutmilk and a hazelnut banana cookie. Loved the foam 😉 Water is purified and free for everybody. As a main dish we shared the rice pancake with smoked cashew cheese, avocado, green leaves and tomatoes and the green hummus with spinach, mint, hemp seeds, and homemade spelt crackers. Half of the menu is vegan, the other half vegetarian. Will definitely come back next time we are in Sofia :)

best place in town for raw cakes!

The menu is constantly changing but one thing remains the same - the quality and the deliciousness of the food! The lunch options are tasty and healthy. And the raw cakes will keep you coming back! One of my favourite places in Sofia. For coffee, for lunch, for happiness.

Pros: vegan options, glutenfree options, amazing coffee

Nice and modern veg space

Serves vegeterian and vegan food. The vegan desserts I tried were great. I could not try a lot of the other kitchen - once it was sunday - no cook, and once saturday eve - the kitchen was closed at 19.30 - so be aware for that when going for the weekend and on the evenings. For the prices, wich are a bit high, I would expect service, but it is selfservice. Be aware: second floor, not very visible from the street. No cook on sunday.

Pros: great vegan desserts , nice atmosphere

Cons: self-service, pricey, some days the kitchen is closed

Healthy and SO delicious

I had some green hummus with einkorn crackers, that were so good and fresh.
The vegan cakes were amazing as well.

Definitely a place to keep returning for, time and time again, just to try the new options😄

Stands out from the crowd

Mostly vegan, and really healthy and delicious with some great vegan desserts too! We had the daily menu, the soup was so flavourful, a spelt and kale warm salad type thing and some bean patties and carrot puree. So delicious! Finished it off with a vegan brownie and raw chocolate tart. The decor is also lovely, really elegant and chilled out. One of the better vegan eateries we've tried in Europe!

Pros: pretty cheap, decent portions, vegan desserts

Cons: none!

So amazing!!

This place is a gem in a very carnivorous town. Friendly, patient staff all speak English, so don’t be frightened by the menu being in Bulgarian - they’ll run through descriptions of dishes, make recommendations, google unclear ingredient words from the register. And the food is amazing, it’s not just the warm vibe and friendly atmosphere. Phenomenal vegan desserts!

An absolute gem!

This place is literally a paradise in the heart of Sofia. Well thought out dishes, satisfying your body mind and soul. Highly recommend the coconut matcha latte and basically everything on the menu. There’s many gf options for those who are intolerant like myself! The owner is also very welcoming and passionate. Bravo!

A place for the five senses. Simple and modern design, beautiful music, beauty in all. And the food - always fresh & delicious. The green omelette is the best! The matcha coconut latte is a must 💛 and all from the Raw Love Collection 👑
