Tasty Chinese food in Broadlands/Ashburn area

We tried the fried tofu, which was tasty. Portions were huge. Also enjoyed the spicy basil eggplant, which the server explained could be veganized with vegetable broth. Serving staff was friendly and understood what vegan means. Prices were moderate.
