sweet, delicious, friendly - Edit
The café has a cute interior. The sourdough bread at “Stulle Nele” was very tasty. The hummus in combination with the falafel and salsa was incredible. Unfortunately, I didn't like the “ Burger Siggi”, as it was a bit boring, dry and small. It took a while for our order to be taken, but after that it was quick and the staff were very friendly the whole time.

Weiterhin kann ich den Strawberry Matcha empfehlen.

They had 5 different vegan cakes. I tried the white chocolate/raspberry, which had lots of flavor but was not my favourite combination, and the snickers, which had a great taste and texture. The place was busy on a Saturday morning, with all outdoor seating taken.

Vegetarian cafe with a good range of vegan-labelled menu items, including: waffles, smoothies, a burger, scrambled tofu dishes. Prices weren't the cheapest but the portion sizes were decent.

My partner had a scrambled tofu 'burger' (which was scrambled tofu in a brioche bun), with a cashew sauce and salad. Sehr lecker!
We also had a white chocolate and raspberry tart and a snickers tart. The snickers tart was rich and indulgent, whereas the white chocolate one was lighter but still delicious.

Glutenfree cheesecake was very yummy, the tofu scramble was a bit bland. A bit dry, not eggy in taste and lacking salt.
Sourdough bread was very nice.
Comfy Interior and dog friendly.

Wir hatten den Cheesecake und ein Stück Miso-Kirsch-Kuchen mit weißer Schokolade. Beides Lecker, aber beim ersten wäre ein Keksboden oder Ähnliches richtig gut gekommen und bri Zweiterem kam das Miso nicht raus. Trotzdem lecker und sehr freundlich.

Read moreEverything was fresh and tasty. A lot of their offers like jam or vegan butter with herbs are self-made which you can taste.
As you get a variety of bread and different spreads, cucumber with tomatoes, as well as tofu scrambled egg and a little yoghurt muesli it should be enough for a breakfast, at least it was for me, but it might be a little too less for some people. Build your own opinion on that!
Other than that, total recommendation!
By the way, the ambience inside is very cozy and modern which I really liked.

I loved it here and would definitely return! The owner and staff are kind, attentive, accomodating, and good at making conversation. We came right at 9am when they open and surprisingly found the café already half full, we hadn't booked a table and everything was already booked out for the morning (so definitely book a table in advance, this place is popular!) but they seated us on the couch they have. Sadly they didn't have the dough for the waffles yet but they kept us updated and an hour later we were able to get a waffle after all, the waiter communicated with us very openly, was friendly, willing to answer questions and attentive to our needs, we told him we had to leave by a certain time and he on his own volition came by for us to pay so we had a very good experience. The café is fully vegetarian but with lots of vegan options and different plant milks for drinks, what I found very positive is that on the menu not only are all vegan options labelled as such but there's also a label for everything vegetarian that's possible to be made vegan. The Maja bagel I tried was absolutely delicious. The Ilse waffle was good as well— not the best vegan waffle I have had, the dough definitely has room for improvement, but the red sauce was amazing and so was the mascarpone. We enjoyed our drinks lots too. The café also seems to work together with artists and the ambiance is truly lovely, super cozy and pretty! Overall amazing place and I'd love to return to try their cakes and lunch menu as well, definitely worth making the trip out of Leipzig's city center for.
