Cozy chain cafe - Edit
There’s multiple locations all over Seattle, but it is a nice cozy place to visit. They have plant milks and some vegan food options. I usually get the avocado toast and it’s pretty good! The bread is nice and chewy with lots of different seeds on it. It comes with a thick layer of avocado spread with micro greens on top.

I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and the red beets hummus avocado toast. It was delicious and I also really enjoyed the vibe of the cafe! I would definitely come back again.
