Knowledgeable Staff - Edit
The menu is not marked for vegan options, but the bar tender was very knowledgeable. He explained that they could prepare the pad Thai vegan if requested. The apps include edamame as well. I had Thai lettuce wraps with tofu. Normally, the peanut sauce has chicken stock, per the bar tender, but it is prepared vegan if requested. Mine was very tasty!

Interesting about the peanut sauce. Googling this, I find that fish stock is a potential ingredient in Thai Peanut Sauces.
