Room for improvement

They offer a vegan breakfast plate with decent variety: 2 grain rolls, 1 regular roll ("Krusti"), 2 sweet and 2 savory spreads, a warm porridge with oat milk and fruits (no drinks).

Sometimes they serve fruit salad instead of porridge.

For 11.50€ it tastes okay and satisfies the hunger. In proportion it is too expensive, because for 16.95€ there is a huge all you can eat buffet (including drinks), which however is not suitable for vegans (e.g. without the vegan spreads used on the plate). So if you have 1 small coffee and 1 tea with your plate you are already beyond the price for unlimited options.

Unfortunately the lunch menu doesn't have any vegan options. I would have expected at least something from a company that, according to its own statements, is "committed to progress".
