Make a reservation and come hungry! - Edit
My husband and I are in the adk for the evening after dropping our girls at summer camp. We made a reservation at Cafe ADK (make sure to do this it’s a small spot and otherwise you may be waiting).
Read moreAll of the vegan options sounded great. I went with the vegan eggplant parm because no one in my family likes eggplant parm except me so it’s a rare treat for me to make it because it’s so much work!
My portion was enormous and it was so delicious.
No vegan options for dessert, but I was full enough from a third of my dinner that it didn’t bother me.

Yummy, large pasta dishes. Vegan cheese is great and the staff are nice! Never have had a bad experience here
