Butternut squash “enchilada” - Edit
The butternut enchilada was great with no cheese! Very flavorful and the squash was great. The plate was a very big portion. The enchilada is more of a tostada format- two crispy tortillas with everything in between. My friend got the jackfruit tacos and said they were very good too!
