I found Cabin Fever Confections at the 2nd Street Market (weekend farmers market in downtown Dayton) and was thrilled with the variety of vegan goodies offered! No run-of-the-mill flavors here - Marty, the owner, is creative and selective about the unique, gorgeous ingredients she chooses to use in her baked treats. Expect to find unconventional flavors in treats such as Lemon-Basil tea shortbread cookies with Yoder peach jam, the vegan ‘Love Bite’ cookie with a hint of cayenne, Tahini-Choc chip cookies with candied ginger… as well as classics like PB&J thumbprint cookies.
