This restaurant was opened by an owner who wanted his son who has allergies, to be able to enjoy udon noodle too. It's animal-free, gluten-free, and alcohol-free, so everyone can enjoy it together.

Vegan sanuki udon with an amazing view - Edit
The restaurant view of the Seto Inland See is impressive. After a month in Japan I can finally eat udon soup with a vegan broth. Plates is a beautiful presented. The menu changes according to the season.

Amazing vegan & Gluten-free Sanuki Udon Restaurant！ - Edit
This is the only place in the world where Sanuki udon noodles are all vegan. I was blown away by the great taste, great view and great service. Although it's a little far from the center, it's definitely worth coming.
