Most scrumptious vegan carrot cake ever - Edit
I needed a tasty vegan birthday cake and didn’t want gluten free. Found this bakery on line and ordered easily using their website. The cake was perfection! Amazingly beautiful and such wonderful textures between the light cake, the silky cashew creme icing and the pecan crumble!! Non vegans thought it couldn’t be vegan!!!
